An executive department of the Philippine government responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services by all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care and the regulation of all health services and products. It is the government’s overall technical authority on health as it is a national health policy-maker and regulatory institution.

Established in June 1898, the DOH developed national plans, technical standards and guidelines on health. It is also the provider of special tertiary health care services and technical assistance to health providers and stakeholders.

Department of Finance (DOF)

The Philippine government’s steward of sound fiscal policy that formulates revenue policies that will ensure funding of critical government programs that promote welfare among the people and accelerate economic growth and stability. DOF envisions that the effective and efficient pursuit of the critical tasks under its wings revenue generation, resource mobilization, debt management and financial market development shall provide the solid foundation for a Philippine economy that is one of the most active and dynamic in the world.

Public – Private Partnership (PPP) Center

The PPP Center is the main driver of the PPP program. It serves as the central coordinating and monitoring agency for all PPP projects in the Philippines. The center advocates the PPP program by enabling the implementing agencies in all aspects of project preparation, managing of Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF), providing projects advisory and facilitation services, monitoring, and empowering of agencies through various capacity building activities.
